While working in automotive marketing in my late 20's, I uncovered the root to my chronic health ailments — including digestion, acne, and fatigue — that had been plaguing me for over a decade. Transitioning to eating plant-based changed my body and life so dramatically that I went back to school to study integrative health. Soon after I started my coaching business, offering a new perspective on the plant-based lifestyle, without the rules or restrictions of diet culture.
