This makes a great addition to breakfast or a perfect mid morning or afternoon snack. You can make it a meal by adding a scoop of your favourite plant based protein powder.
Feel free to sub in any dairy free milk you enjoy – oat, cashew, hemp, etc.
If bananas aren’t your thing, you can use 1/2 an avocado instead but it won’t be as sweet.
Matcha does have caffeine so be mindful of the time of day you enjoy it so it doesn’t keep you up at night.
