Cozy up with this festive matcha latte – a delicious combo of disease fighting antioxidants and soothing peppermint tea.

In a big mug steep the peppermint tea with the freshly boiled water. Stir in the vanilla and maple syrup or honey (optional).
While the peppermint tea is steeping, froth your plant based milk using a milk frother, if you don’t have one you can heat the plant based milk over the stove top and whisk it to make it frothy.
Add the matcha and a big splash of hot water to a small bowl. Use your bamboo matcha whisk to whisk in an “W” formation until it’s smooth and creamy.
Remove the tea bag or steeper from the peppermint tea and pour the matcha mixture directly into the mug with the peppermint tea. Top it with the frothed plant based milk and enjoy.
