An easy, delicious, and healthy plant based dessert – there’s are a lot of apples in there. This is definitely one of my favourite dishes and it never fails to disappoint.

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 350. Lightly grease a baking dish (9×13 works well) with vegan butter. Add the cut apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
In a large mixing bowl combine the oats, flour, sugar, maple syrup, vegan butter and flax seeds. Mix well with a large fork to create a “crumble”.
Spread the crumble evenly over the apples.
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes until the apples are bubbly and soft and the crisp is golden brown.
TIPS & NUTRITION
A crisp, crunchy apple like Macintosh or HoneyCrisp works well in this dish.
The oats and apples both have amazing health benefits making this dessert actually healthy!
