Blend all the ingredients in the order they are listed in a high speed blender until creamy.
TIPS & NUTRITION
You can add less or more plant based milk depending on how thick you want your shake. If your blender isn’t super strong, you’ll want to add more so it blends easier.
Keep in mind matcha contains caffeine so if you’re sensitive, you may want to enjoy this earlier in the day.
I always keep ripe bananas, broken in half, in my freezer for smoothies or vegan ‘milkshakes’ – they add natural sweetness and creaminess.
