So good on your dairy free mashed potatoes and Savoury Stuffing.
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tsp tamari
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour (can use gluten free)
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder or dried onion flakes
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and warm over low to medium heat and whisk really well. Bring to a light boil and then reduce heat and simmer on low for a couple minutes, continuing to whisk. Add more broth as needed for your desired consistency.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
